Order processing takes 1-2 business days before shipment. We thank you for your patience. Once shipped, delivery can take 3-7 business days. Orders do not ship on weekends or holidays. All orders ship from our warehouse in France.

-All Simone Pérèle orders ship via UPS World Ease.
-We are unable to ship to APO/DPO/FPO addresses at this time.
-We do not ship Internationally.
-UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes.
-UPS packages are delivered between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
-UPS Service Guarantee applies only to business days, and excludes weekends, holidays, and any delays that occur beyond the control of UPS.

Simone Pérèle currently covers all costs related to import tariffs, customs, and duties for shipments entering the United States. Customers should not incur any additional out-of-pocket charges to receive their order.
