Return Policy
To ensure the best customer experience, Simone Pérèle will only accept the return of full price product(s) purchased at us.simone-perele.com for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date. Simone Pérèle will not accept returns of items marked as Final Sale, purchased in stores, or purchased internationally.
To ensure a full and prompt refund, please make sure that all items are in a new, unwashed, unworn, odor-free condition in original packaging with both paper and cloth tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not respect our return policy.
How To Make A Return
Step 1: Place any items you wish to return in the package. (Final Sale items are not eligible for return.)
Step 2: Visit our Returns Portal to create a free USPS shipping label.
Step 3: Drop the package off at your nearest post office or schedule a free USPS pick up during regular mail delivery.
As a reminder, all items must be in new, unwashed, unworn, odor-free condition in original packaging with tags attached. Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Shipping Costs
Free pre-paid return labels are offered on all orders except Sale and Private Sale items which are FINAL SALE. Free return labels for eligible returns are available only for domestic United States addresses, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Refunds
A refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 30 days of the receipt of returned merchandise at the Simone Pérèle warehouse.
Return time frame includes:
- Reception of your return at Simone Perele warehouse (5 to 10 business days)
- Processing of your return (5 to 10 business days)
- Processing of your refund by your bank (5 to 10 business days). We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
To ensure a full refund, please make sure to read and respect our return terms and conditions. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not respect our return policy. We will not accept returns of items purchased in store.
Exchanges
We are currently not offering exchanges. If you need a new size, color, or style, we recommend you return your initial order and simply place a new order for your desired item(s.) Final Sale items are not eligible for exchange.

Returning a Gift You Received
Simone Pérèle eBoutique will gladly accept the return of a gift you received that falls in accordance with the return policy above. The amount of the gift will be fully credited to the credit card used for purchase. To ensure a full refund, please make sure to respect our return terms and conditions.
