b. names, addresses, phones
If you register to receive eMails when you purchase product(s) through the Site, Simone Perele collects and stores the following personally identifiable information: first and last name, billing and shipping address(es), phone, and the eMail address used to process your order.

If you register with the Site, we will also collect and store other personal information such as your product preferences and previous purchases made on the Site.

Simone Perele ships orders through UPS which is not permitted to use personal information for purposes other than actual Simone Perele shipping.

c. Billing information
When you purchase product(s) through the Site we will collect your billing (e.g., credit card) information to process your payment. For added protection of your privacy, we do not store, at any time, your credit card information on the Site. (We will request your credit card information at the time of each purchase.) Simone Perele processes payments through certified processors and banks compliant with this Privacy Policy.
