How can I get free shipping?
Free shipping is complimentary on orders totaling $95 or more after the application of promotional codes. The $95 minimum does not include Federal and State taxes.
What are the available shipping methods?
All Simone Pérèle orders ship via UPS World Ease and usually arrive within 3-7 business days.

How long will it take my order to ship?
Order processing takes 1-2 business days before shipment. Orders do not ship on weekends or holidays. Once your order ships, delivery can take 3-7 business days.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with your UPS tracking number.
Where do you ship to?
We ship domestically in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We are unable to ship to APO/DPO/FPO addresses currently.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of full price product(s) within 30 days from the delivery date of your package. Products must be returned in their original condition. They must not have been worn, washed or damaged and must be accompanied by their original tags (paper and cloth) and packaging.
Simone Pérèle will not accept returns of items purchased in stores, or purchased internationally.
Items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase are not eligible for return. Final sale items cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit. No exceptions. The "Final Sale" notice is found on the product page, shopping cart, and your order confirmation email.
Return shipping is free. Select "Start A Return" from our site footer and follow the prompts to create your shipping label. Drop off your package at your local USPS. We recommend that you keep your proof of mailing.
How do I make a return?
All items must be in new, unwashed, unworn, odor-free condition in original packaging with tags attached.
- Step 1: Place any items you wish to return in the package. (Final Sale items are not eligible for return.)
- Step 2: Visit our Returns Portal to create a free USPS shipping label.
- Step 3: Drop the package off at your nearest post office or schedule a free USPS pick up during regular mail delivery.
As a reminder, all items must be in new, unwashed, unworn, odor-free condition in original packaging with tags attached. Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

My item arrive damaged or defective. What should I do?
We apologize that you received a damaged item. Please send a photo and description of the damaged product to wecare@simone-perele.com with your order number and information and we would be happy to help you with a resolution.
Can I make an exchange?
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you need a new size, we recommend you return your initial order and simply place a new order. Final Sale items are not eligible for exchange.
When can I expect my refund?
A refund will be issued to the original form of payment, including gift purchases, within 30 days of the receipt of returned merchandise at the Simone Pérèle warehouse.
Return time frame includes:
- Reception of your return to Simone Pérèle warehouse (5 to 10 business days)
- Processing of your return (5 to 10 business days)
- Processing of your refund by your bank (5 to 10 business days). You will receive an email confirmation about your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
To ensure a full refund, please make sure to read and respect our return terms and conditions. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not respect our return policy. We will not accept returns of items purchased in store.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
What is your price adjustment policy?
- We do not match prices from other retailers or online sources.
- We do not adjust prices for previous or upcoming promotions.
- Promotions and coupons cannot be applied to previous purchases.
- Orders already placed with a coupon or promotion are also ineligible for additional discounts.
FINAL SALE POLICY
Will you allow final sale items to be returned for store credit?
Final sale items cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit. No exceptions. The "final sale" notice is found on the product page, shopping cart, and your order confirmation email.

How do I create an account?
Creating a customer account will simplify your purchases, help you order quickly and track your orders. To create your account, simply:
- Go to the Simone Pérèle home page.
- Click on the person icon at the top right.
- Complete all mandatory fields.
- Click on "Create" and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.
If you have not received an email from Simone Pérèle, please check your spam. The "My Account" area allows you to update your personal information and view your orders.
How do I log into my account?
Click on the person icon in the top right of your screen and enter your login details. Then click on "sign in".
I'm having trouble signing into my account.
Click on the person icon in the top right of your screen and select "forgot password." Enter your email to receive a link to reset your password.
How can I see my previous orders?
Click on the person icon in the top right of your screen and enter your login details. Then click on "sign in".
Select "Orders" to see your order history.
How do I unsubscribe from Simone Perele emails?
Log in to your account. Select the information tab and untick the box already checked for email. You can also open one of the received newsletters and click on the link: "If you wish to unsubscribe, click on this link". ORDERS
How do I add an item to my cart?
To add an item to your cart, you can click on a product page, select your size and click on "add to cart". Then you have the choice between "continue shopping" or "see your cart'.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to make additions, changes, or cancellations to an order once it has been placed. In this case, we kindly ask that you return your original merchandise within 30 days of your order received date and place a new order. You will receive a refund for the returned merchandise as soon as it is processed, pending its eligibility. Please note that items marked as final sale are not eligible for a return or exchange.
How can I check the status of my order?
Click on the person icon in the top right of your screen and enter your login details. Then click on "sign in".
Select "Orders" to see your order history and status.
Do you sell gift cards?

Is the payment secure ?
You can pay for your purchases online safely. You have the choice between a payment with credit card, Shop Pay, Paypal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, Venmo or Afterpay.

How Do i join the loyalty program?
Simply create an account and you will automatically become a member of the loyalty program.
How do I earn points?
You earn points for every dollar spent on our website. You can also earn points by signing up for email and SMS, liking us on Facebook, following us on Instagram and for leaving a review after making a purchase on our site.
How do i earn points for leaving a review?
To receive points for leaving a review, please answer the email sent requesting a product review on your most recent purchase. Points are only awarded to verified purchases and will be awarded once the review is published.
What happens if i make a return?
When items are returned, the points are also automatically deducted from your balance.
how do i receive my birthday reward?
You will receive your birthday reward by email on your birthday. Please send a message to wecare@simone-perele.com if you have not received the email.
Do my rewards expire?
Yes, rewards expire after 1 year from the date of entry into the loyalty program.
