How can I get free shipping?

Free shipping is complimentary on orders totaling $95 or more after the application of promotional codes.

What are the available shipping methods?

All Simone Pérèle orders ship via UPS Express Saver and arrive within 3-7 business days.

How long will it take my order to ship?

Order processing takes 1-2 business days before shipment. Orders do not ship on weekends or holidays. Once your order ships, delivery can take 3-7 business days.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with your UPS tracking number.

Where do you ship to?

We ship domestically in the United States. We are unable to ship to APO/DPO/FPO addresses at this time.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of the receipt of your package. Products must be returned in their original condition. They must not have been worn, washed or damaged and must be accompanied by their original tag and packaging. Items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase are not eligible for return.

Return shipping is free. Select "Start A Return" from our site footer and follow the prompts to create your shipping label. Drop off your package at your local USPS. We recommend that you keep your proof of mailing.

My item arrive damaged or defective. What should I do?

We apologize that you received a damaged item. Please send a photo of the damaged product to wecare@simone-perele.com with your order number and information and we would be happy to help you with a resolution.

How do I make a return?

All items must be in new, unwashed, unworn, odor-free condition in original packaging with tags attached.

  • Step 1: Place any items you wish to return in the package. (Final Sale items are not eligible for return.)
  • Step 2: Visit our Returns Portal to create a free USPS shipping label. 
  • Step 3: Drop the package off at your nearest post office or schedule a free USPS pick up during regular mail delivery.

Can I make an exchange?

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you need a new size, we recommend you return your initial order and simply place a new order.

When can I expect my refund?

A refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 30 days of the receipt of returned merchandise at the Simone Perele warehouse.

Return time frame includes:

  • Reception of your return at Simone Perele warehouse (5 to 10 business days)
  • Processing of your return (5 to 10 business days)
  • Processing of your refund by your bank (5 to 10 business days). We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.

To ensure a full refund, please make sure to read and respect our return terms and conditions. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not respect our return policy. We will not accept returns of items purchased in store.

How do I create an account?

Creating a customer account will simplify your purchases, help you order quickly and track your orders. To create your account, simply:

-  Go to the Simone Pérèle home page.
-  Click on the person icon at the top right.     
-  Complete all mandatory fields.     
-  Click on "Create" and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. 

If you have not received an email from Simone Pérèle, please check your spam. The "My Account" area allows you to update your personal information and view your orders.

How do I log into my account?

Click on the person icon in the top right of your screen and enter your login details. Then click on "sign in".

I'm having trouble signing into my account.

Click on the person icon in the top right of your screen and select "forgot password." Enter your email to receive a link to reset your password.

How can I see my previous orders?

Click on the person icon in the top right of your screen and enter your login details. Then click on "sign in".

Select "Orders" to see your order history.

How do I unsubscribe from Simone Perele emails?

Log in to your account. Select the information tab and untick the box already checked for email. You can also open one of the received newsletters and click on the link: "If you wish to unsubscribe, click on this link". How do I add an item to my cart?

To add an item to your cart, you can click on a product page, select your size and click on "add to cart". Then you have the choice between "continue shopping" or "see your cart'.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

You can't cancel or modify your order once it has been validated.

How can I check the status of my order?

Click on the person icon in the top right of your screen and enter your login details. Then click on "sign in".

Select "Orders" to see your order history and status.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, we offer e-gift cards for use on our website. Shop for an e-gift card here.

PAYMENT

Is the payment secure ?

You can pay for your purchases online safely. You have the choice between a payment with credit card, Shop Pay, Paypal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, Venmo or Afterpay.

Which forms of payment can I use?

We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Paypal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, Venmo or Afterpay.

When is my account debited ?

The debit is made when Simone Pérèle ships your order.

LOYALTY PROGRAM

How do I become a member of the Loyalty Program?

To become a member of our My Simone Rewards program, simply create an account.

How do I earn points?

To accumulate points you must create an account and become a member of the loyalty program.

$1 Spent = 1 Point

Points are automatically taken into account and appear in your account once the order has been shipped.


The points earned from purchases or bonus points are valid for 12 months. 
If you return products, the number of points will be deducted accordingly.

How do I check my points balance?

Log into your account and click on the Loyalty & Rewards tab to view your current status and point balance.

How do I use my points?

Log into your account before completing your purchase.

  • SILVER Status: Redeem 300 points for 15% discount to use on your next purchase (cannot be combined with current promotions).
  • GOLD and BLACK status: Redeem 500 points for 20% discount to use on your next purchase. (cannot be combined with current promotions).
  • BLACK status: Redeem 700 points for 25% discount to use on your next purchase (cannot be combined with current promotions).

Choose to redeem points or continue to accumulate points to increase your rewards! 

Do my points expire?

Loyalty points expire 1 year after the date they are issued.

When will I receive my points?

Points earned from Simone Pérèle purchases are reflected in the loyalty & rewards tab of your customer account when your order is shipped.

If after a few days your points are not counted, please contact Customer Service at wecare@simone-perele.com.

What are the different My Simone Rewards tiers?

Loyalty status is defined according to the amount of purchases made over a 12-month period.

  • SILVER status: the amount of my purchase(s) is from $0 to $299.
  • GOLD status: if the amount of my purchase(s) is $300 to $599.
  • BLACK status: if the amount of my purchase(s) is greater than $600.

You can achieve a higher status when you reach the required spending within 12 months of the last purchase.

For example: 
If you accumulate $350 spent in less than 12 months, you switch from SILVER status to GOLD status for a period of 12 months following the purchase. 

On the anniversary of your membership:

Your status is recalculated based on purchases made in the last 12 months. If the amount of purchases made during the last 12 months is sufficient for your current status, then you keep that status. Otherwise, the status will change to a lower or higher status. 

Example :

You made a purchase on 01/01/2023 of $300, so you achieve GOLD status directly. Then you make a purchase on 01/05/2023 of $400, so you achieve BLACK status. On 01/01/2024 you only have $400 left in the year, so your status changes to GOLD status.
