How Do i join the loyalty program?
Simply create an account and you will automatically become a member of the loyalty program.
How do i earn points?
You earn points for every dollar spent on our website. You can also earn points by signing up for email and SMS, liking us on Facebook, following us on Instagram and for leaving a review after making a purchase on our site.
How do i earn points for leaving a review?
To receive points for leaving a review, please answer the email sent requesting a product review on your most recent purchase. Points are only awarded to verified purchases and will be awarded once the review is published.
How is tier status determined?
Tier status is determined based on spend during the 12 months of the rolling loyalty program year.
What happens if i make a return?
When items are returned, the points are also automatically deducted from your balance.
how do i receive my birthday reward?
You will receive your birthday reward via email on your birthday. If when you join the program, your birthday happens to fall within the next 30 days, your reward will be delayed until 30 days from the date of entry.
Do my rewards expire?
Yes, rewards expire after 1 year from the date of entry into the loyalty program.
